clients and we too take it seriously. Majority of our
clients are businessmen, dignitaries and people in esteemed
or sensitive positions where discretion is paramount. Our
social escorts also value their privacy and highly regard
this principle and work in a meticulously manner to ensure
that on either side’s privacy is neither put at risk.
Our services are tailored for individuals only and escorts
are meant for outcall only, no services will be offered at
our business centre, mainly because we do not provide
in-house facilities. You will only be entertained at either
hotels or private apartments/ condominiums. Other locations
will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

feel at ease to be with them and most importantly, relaxing

the following rules -
--1) We respect the way you are to be respected so please
give our escorts the respect that they deserve as well. Any
unjust or violent behavior will be reported to the
authorities accordingly. Make our escorts comfortable with
you and our agency assures that you will be treated the
same way too.
--2) Please treat our escorts as human and do not ask our
escorts to do any abusive actions or acts that will lead to
physical/ mentally harm or hurts. Our agency is strictly
against any abnormal services.
--3) If our escorts are required to spend a full hour with
a client, she will do so unless the client prefers
otherwise. Escorts are not allowed to rush customers, in
order to finish the booking sooner.
--4) Escorts are not allowed to give customers any other
contact numbers other than the one belonging to Singapore
Asia Escorts. All calls received from Singapore Asia
Escorts are results of advertising and clients should not
solicitant with the escorts arranging to meet them in
future without calling us.
--5) The agency has to be informed an hour in advance to
cancel any reservation made. Otherwise, the client will be
charged the booking fee of SGD50 for default or deposit
will be forfeited (whichever higher).
--6) We do not display the identity or photographs of our
escorts on our website nor our business centre. Discretion
is top priority to us, just as similarly to the discretion
of our clients.
--7) You may choose to cancel a booking by paying a nominal
fee of SGD50 upon her arrival should you either change your
mind or find her unsatisfactory. However should you delay
her stay more than 15 minutes, the booking will deem
successful and the agreed fees of the booking have to be
paid in full upfront without hesitation.
--8) Should you decide to extend the time of the escort, do
not hesitate to call us. However, if you exceed the
required time of booking (exceeding more than 15 minutes),
you will be billed automatically for the time and service
rendered. Please take note that there will be certain
discount for extension of booking time.
--9) The duration of service will commence upon the
escort’s arrival at your premise and will automatically
stop the moment she complete her service or upon leaving
your premise.
--10) All our rates are in accordance with the overall
looks and service standards of the individual escort. All
customers should behave in a gentlemanly manner and not
taking video or photograph of our escorts.
--11) We only cater to individuals and not group levels.
There shall not be more than one person at the premise when
an escort arrives, unless otherwise arranged, the booking
will be cancelled with no refund or a cancellation fee of
SGD$50.
--12) Our services are meant for adult entertainment.
Whatever agreed and consented are between 2 adults of legal
age and money exchanged is for companionship only.
--13) We only accept only cash payment in Singapore
currency. We apologize for any inconvenienced.
